Acne Free Diet Plan - 3 Simple Steps

If you want to get yourself free from your cycle of acne breakouts, an acne free diet plan is a great way to begin. Acne diets can fully disrupt your body's attempts to produce acne by altering your nutrition and overall health. Think about it- how can acne form if it has nowhere to come from in the first place?

In fact, one of the common misconceptions is that acne is completely caused by hormones. While they do have a pretty large effect, an effective acne free diet plan can regulate these hormone levels and cure your acne completely in only a few days. Here's how to start.

\"free Diet\"

1. Eliminate the Bad
The first thing that you're going to want to do is get rid of anything that could be giving you acne in the first place. Commonly this includes coffee, soft drinks, and other heavily processed foods. Also, some people have severe acne reactions to things like dairy, gluten (spikes insulin levels), and red meat. You should begin to sue these sparingly in your acne free diet plan to see if they have an affect on your acne.

Acne Free Diet Plan - 3 Simple Steps

2. Eat Healthy
Next, you'll want to begin to eat foods that are actually good for curing acne. These include green vegetables like spinach and kale, as well as brightly colored fruits like oranges and limes. These foods contain the full spectrum of vitamins as well as many minerals that are great for your immune system.

3. Drink Water
The last thing that I'm going to mention is to drink plenty of water in your acne free diet plan. Water helps to clean the body and transport nutrients throughout your entire system, meaning that your skin will be constantly repaired with new, fresh cells. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to keep your body hydrated and your skin looking fresh.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes For Dinner

When we talk about a yeast free diet we don't actually mean a diet without any yeast. The purpose of a yeast free diet is to stop eating foods that feed the natural yeast type fungus in our bodies. The yeast is known as candida with the most common being candida albicans. A yeast infection can occur anywhere on the body but a yeast free diet can help wherever it appears. The yeast will feed on sugar in the bloodstream if necessary. Usually a strict diet will also prevent the return of an infection.

The list of food not allowed on the diet is quite long but there is still a large variety left to choose from to make well balanced meals. The bonus is that most of the foods that are allowed are considered healthy foods which should make you feel better. Many food manufacturers are realizing that people are becoming more conscious about what they eat and are providing alternatives for a range of common ingredients.

\"free Diet\"

A recommended meal on a yeast diet is an equal portion of meat or fish to vegetables with approximately 20% of carbohydrate, rice or potatoes. Meals should be taken 4 - 5 times daily. This will help the body sugars to balance out and reduce the initial cravings. When you start the diet the yeast will react and demand to be fed, this is where the cravings come in. It may be for sugar, bread or beer. It's because of this that alcoholism has been linked to yeast infections.

Yeast Free Diet Recipes For Dinner

All meats are safe to eat as is fish. Organic meat and fish is highly recommended. Farm bred meat and fish are fed with growth hormones and antibiotics of which traces remain even after cooking. The meat can be roast, grilled, stir fried or minced for patties. Fish can be boiled, grilled, or fried. In fact the way you normally prepare the meat part of your meal doesn't have to change that much.

Eggs are extremely versatile when it comes to cooking. An omelet is always an easy way out when you are stuck for ideas. You can add fish or chicken with any vegetables you choose. Serve with rice or potatoes on the side.

For vegetables you can eat virtually anything although leafy green vegetables are considered better. Again fresh organic vegetables are best because of pesticides used in cultivation. Vegetables can be steamed, stir fried or raw. Fresh vegetables can be spruced up with fresh herbs or chopped nuts (not peanuts) and can also be used as snack food if you feel really hungry. Tomatoes contain a lot of natural sugar and should be avoided.

Carbohydrates will come in the form of rice and potatoes. Pasta and noodles are not allowed although there are some rice varieties of these on the market now. Read the label to be sure because wheat products are not allowed.

Sauces and flavorings are a major addition to any meal and there are still plenty of ideas you can use. A salad dressing with lemon, olive oil and unfermented apple cider vinegar is great for salad. Meat juices can be thickened with cornflour or arrowroot and flavored with any fresh herbs. Garlic is considered especially good for yeast infections. Fermented vinegar and products that use it are not allowed, so stay away from mayonnaise and tomato ketchup.

For a drink you are pretty much reduced to water, distilled or carbonated but preferably non chlorinated. All fruit juices, pop, and alcohol are not allowed. Tea and coffee are not allowed except for some herbal teas. Milk, while not banned, has been found to contain growth hormones, pesticides and antibiotics which are valid reasons not to use it.

Among the other considerations are time. Time to shop for, prepare and cook your meal. Also, who is going to eat the diet, are you on your own or are you involving family members. With planning and a little imagination, a yeast free diet shouldn't cause too many problems.

Gout Relief - Baking Soda to the Rescue!

One of the most effective ways I've found for gout relief is baking soda. And it can work quickly to relieve gout symptoms. Here's how to get gout relief with baking soda.

Baking soda -- bicarbonate of soda -- is a favoured home remedy of many gout sufferers who want to gout relief using natural home remedies rather than drugs with their many side effects.

\"Salt Free Diet\"

But even if you don't go along the totally natural route for gout relief, baking soda can help drug-based NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) reduce inflammation and relieve pain even better.

Gout Relief - Baking Soda to the Rescue!

The benefits of using baking soda for gout relief are numerous...

(1) Helps to increase fluids through the body and so helps your kidneys to process and flush excess uric acid out of your system more effectively.

(2) As was said above it can help NSAIDs do their job even more effectively.

(3) Improves uric acid solubility which again helps your kidneys flush uric acid out of your system better.

(4) Helps to dissolve uric acid crystals and so speeds up your recovery.

(5) Raises your blood pH which we know helps to lower your risk of getting kidney stones with frequently recurring gout.

And it's very easy to prepare...

Simply add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda to 8 oz of water and stir very thoroughly. Drink a glass like this just before bedtime, 1 on getting up in the morning and then 1 glass every 2 or 4 hours between meals. Repeat daily until your gout symptoms have gone away.

Watch out though..

(1) Never consume more than 4 teaspoons of baking soda per day, i.e. 8 glasses.

(2) Since baking soda is very high in sodium, it's best to go on to a salt-free diet while taking this remedy. Certainly don't add salt to your food to taste.

(3) If you suffer from high blood pressure consult with your doctor first before trying this remedy. Only use it if your doctor gives his approval.

I have found this particular home remedy to be very effective, but, it only works to relieve the symptoms of gout obviously. It can't prevent actual gout attacks from occurring.

And this is a critical point, because recurring gout attacks can lead eventually to things like permanently damaged joints and kidney problems. Plus, did you know that once having had an attack you're very likely indeed to have more?

In other words, you need to get gout relief, yes, but you also need to make sure that the gout doesn't keep returning...

Gout Relief - Baking Soda to the Rescue!

So next, if you want to get fast gout relief, plus, prevent your gout returning in the future, then go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and discover how you can quickly do both without expensive drugs with their horrible side effects.

The Five Worst Foods Foods For Your Skin

Skin and Your Diet

The old saying, "You are what you eat" is never truer than when it is applied to your skin and proper skin care. The food you eat affects your skin - some foods are really good for it, offering the nutrients and emollients that make it look smooth and young, but some foods can really have a detrimental effect on your skin. Let's look at some of these "bad skin foods".

Salt

Five Bad Skin Foods

The Five Worst Foods Foods For Your Skin

One really bad food that does your skin no good at all is caffeine. Present in beverages like coffee, tea, hot chocolate and colas, caffeine makes skin look tired and old, and can cause spots and oily skin. Caffiene is a diuretic which reduces hydration and depletes the body and skin of moisture. Dermal layers - epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous -, internal organs, and hair and nails need fluids to replenish cells and maintain healthy cell growth. Cut down on caffinated beverages as much is you can - is that extra cup of coffee really worth unattractive, unhealthy skin?

Alcohol is pretty bad for the skin too. You know what a hangover feels like - that's what alcohol does to your skin, making it dry, irritated and even result in vasodilatation (swollen blood vessels) which makes red veins mar the surface of the skin.

Salt is another ingredient that can harm you skin. Salty foods taste great, but what is the effect on your skin? Salt causes tissues to swell, and the subsequent deflating results in less elastic skin. Have you noticed how your face gets puffed up if you've eaten too many salty snacks the previous day?

Processed meats are another kind of food that your skin would be glad to avoid. The salt and preservatives in these meats leach moisture from your skin, leaving it dull and lifeless.

It's important to avoid junk food - cut them out from your diet and see how much better your skin looks!

Good Skin Foods

On the other hand, foods that do your skin a whole lot of good are fresh fruits and vegetables and of course, plenty of water. The vitamins and minerals found in foods like onions, eggs, asparagus and garlic help maintain skin smoothness. Beta carotene is good too - it's found in yellow or orange vegetables like carrots, peppers and squashes.

To maintain the pH balance of your skin, eat apples, citrus fruits, blackberries and grapes to get your alpha-hydroxy requirements. Green tea and salmon are also very good, natural antioxidants are excellent for healthy skin care; and, you might want to consider taking vitamin supplements - Vitamin E, for example reduces the effects of aging on skin.

How Do I Get Rid of Gout in My Foot Naturally?

You can get rid of gout in your foot without drugs. Learn how to get rid of gout in the foot using a simple remedy that you probably already have at home.

First, let's remind ourselves what actually causes the gout in your foot...

\"Salt Free Diet\"

GOUT IN THE FOOT IS CAUSED BY URIC ACID CRYSTALS

How Do I Get Rid of Gout in My Foot Naturally?

The symptoms of gout toe and gout foot are redness, heat, swelling, stiffness, inflammation and excruciating pain. The pain is so bad that we can't bear the weight of a bed sheet on it, for example.

The crystals that appear in the joint of the big toe, or other joints and tendons and surrounding tissue in the foot, are needle-like in nature. But it's your own body's natural inflammatory reaction to their presence that actually causes your gout symptoms.

URIC ACID CRYSTALS ARE FORMED WHEN YOU HAVE HIGH URIC ACID LEVELS

These 'gout' crystals are usually formed when you have higher-than-normal uric acid levels in your bloodstream.

Normally, the acid naturally produced in your body is processed by your kidneys and excess flushed out of your body via urine. The relatively low levels retained in your bloodstream is beneficial.

But sometimes, for various reasons, your kidneys can't cope with the acid being produced, and so more uric acid is retained in your blood, leading to higher-than-normal levels. This then leads to urate crystal formation and, in this case, gout in your foot.

MORE GOUT SUFFERERS ARE TURNING TO NATURAL REMEDIES TO GET RID OF GOUT

The symptoms of gout -- particularly gout in the foot -- are so bad that you need to reduce inflammation and relieve pain as fast as you possibly can.

Now, mainstream drug-based medication does this well enough. But their side effects like vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, diarrhea, bleeding, ulcers, etc. put many people off. And, of course, many people don't like using drugs anyway.

So, gout sufferers are increasingly seeking out natural home remedies for gout. These utilize a whole range of natural ways to get rid of gout, e.g., dietary changes, herbs, natural supplements, fruits, lifestyle adjustments, etc.

Here is just one of very many natural ways you can get rid of gout in your foot...

BAKING SODA

Bicarbonate of soda can help to dissolve the crystals in your foot and so help to limit your pain. It also has the ability to improve the solubility of uric acid, and so, helps your system to process and flush it out of your body more efficiently.

Simply add half a teaspoon of baking soda into a large glass (8 oz) of water and mix very well.

Drink a glass just before going to bed, a glass first thing in the morning, and, a glass every 2 to 4 hours between meals.

Do not exceed 4 teaspoons in any 24 hour period. Repeat daily until your gout symptoms have gone away.

Now a word of caution. Baking soda is high in sodium, so, whilst taking this remedy, you must change to a low salt / salt free diet. And, if you suffer from high blood pressure, check with your doctor before attempting this remedy.

BUT YOU REALLY NEED TO PREVENT RECURRING GOUT

Baking soda can help enormously in getting rid of your gout foot symptoms. But it is only of use to combat an actual gout attack. You can't be drinking baking soda everyday.

One of the most important things to remember is that frequently recurring gout can eventually lead to permanent joint damage and kidney problems like agonizing stones.

Plus, once you have suffered even one gout attack, you're now highly likely to have more.

How Do I Get Rid of Gout in My Foot Naturally?

You're in luck though. There's a special gout report available online [see below] that has all the information you need in one place. It is what thousands of ex-gout victims worldwide have successfully used to prevent their gout returning. It also contains a special 2 hour gout pain relief program.

And it uses fully-researched, totally natural methods. So that you benefit two ways: (1) you get rid of your excruciating pain very fast, and, (2) you prevent your gout returning, so that you reduce the risk of permanent damage.

If you want to get gout pain relief in 2 hours, plus, prevent your gout returning in the future, then go to http://gout-relief-today.blogspot.com and discover how you can quickly do both without expensive drugs with their horrible side effects.

Why Is Too Much Salt Bad For You

Did you know that the average American consumes between 4,000 and 5,000 mg of sodium (or salt) a day. That is close to double the recommended amount we should be consuming. So, how can we start eating less salt in our daily diet, without sacrificing flavor?

Before we get into the specifics of why it is a bad idea to eat that much salt, let's take a look at why we should worry about it in the first place. Consuming too much salt can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, edema and kidney stones. Your body also needs more potassium to be able to deal with the excess salt.

Salt

Let's take a look how you can start reducing the amount of salt you consume in your food on a regular basis.

Why Is Too Much Salt Bad For You

- Don't use salt when you are cooking (or just use a tiny amount). Add just a pinch when the food is on the table.
- Use no-sodium seasonings as well as herbs and spices to add lots of flavor without the salt.
- Buy low-sodium chicken broth and use it to cook with instead of the regular broth that's full of salt.
- Soy sauce has a lot of salt in it. Opt for a low-sodium version instead.
- Use fresh meats and produce when you cook. Fresh food has a lot more flavor and won't need as much salt
- Don't salt your pasta or rice water.
- Buy low or no-sodium versions of food
- Cut down on fast food and salty snacks. Grab some fresh fruit or veggies instead.
- Read the label. Pay attention to the amount of sodium that's included on the nutritional facts label. You'll be surprised how much sodium a can of condensed soup or even a slice of bread has.
- Rinse canned fish and vegetables to remove some of the salt.

By implementing just a few of these ideas, you can reduce your sodium intake by quite a bit. At the same time, make sure you drink at least eight glasses of water to help your body remove any excess salt that is in your system.

Using less salt may be a little tough on your taste buds for a while. We are so used to overly salty food, reducing salt makes foods less appealing in the beginning. But don't worry, your taste buds will adjust and you will be able to enjoy all the true flavors of the foods you are eating.

Healthy Lunch Tips For the Busy Man

The lunch meal is often treated by many as the one most dispensable during the day, because there is the thinking that this can be taken at a later time, or made up for later. With the busy and unpredictable schedules that most men have, later very often becomes never. It does not matter if a man works in management or is a front line employee - the temptation to skip the mid-day meal is present and vexing for all. There are occasions when circumstance dictates that the meal has to be missed altogether. Still, the matter of lunch is more than just the time away from work. This is the opportunity to refuel and refresh the body for the mental and physical tasks that will be encountered over the next several hours. What can be done to address the problems and difficulties of getting something to eat that is both quick and nutritious? In addition, how can a man who is eating in conjunction with a muscle training or conditioning program eat properly, and sensibly, as well?

There are a few options that busy men have in meeting the challenge of getting a somewhat quality meal during the period between breakfast and dinner. There is the possibility that prepared food can either be purchased ahead of the start of the work day, purchased at some point during the day itself, or prepared at home and brought to work (also known as "brown bagging it"). Probably the easiest of the three is to purchase lunch on the run, either at a fast food restaurant or at a convenience store. The problem that exists is that the items available at these places are prepared in high volume, with little regard for the actual amount of fat, salt, and sugar contained within them. This is true whether the items themselves are refrigerated, frozen, or kept in a warming tray or under a heat lamp. It is also true that these items will taste good when in a hurry and the immediate goal is to quiet a rumbling and eager stomach, but will not help the waistline measurement in the long term.

\"Salt Free Diet\"

Instead of the burger and fries combination and the like that everyone is more than familiar with, there are healthier alternatives available, even at the drive through. Look for items that are grilled rather than fried. Consider a salad containing vegetables as well as meat, or a soup that is not heavy in cream or cheese. The trick here is to avoid the extra trimmings like bacon, cheese, and sauces that are loaded with additional calories. Another thing to be cautious of is the size of the portions in which food is served. It is true that there may some savings in time or money in ordering the larger selection, but any such savings are immediately lost if this defeats whatever efforts are being made to control weight and improve the physique. If possible, divide up the portion into smaller amounts, with part eaten immediately, and the rest saved for another serving later in the afternoon. It may be a very pleasant surprise to find that you may not have been as hungry as it seemed. At the same time, this only works when there is a careful effort to not be swayed by side items such as onion rings, other fried appetizers, a large regular drink and a dessert.

Healthy Lunch Tips For the Busy Man

The topic of drinks is a special case, where one's diet can either be helped or hurt by what is selected. It is true that a diet soda may not add more calories to the meal, as opposed to a similarly sized regular cola. A large cup of ice water is always a good choice, with zero calories, with the added benefit of hydrating the body. If the blandness of water itself is a problem, try adding a lemon slice. If the lack of flavor is still an issue, another zero calorie option to consider is unsweetened iced tea. If it is absolutely necessary, a low calorie sweetner can be used to address the flavor issue.

There are some items which can be purchased ahead of time, yet still be kind to the diet and waistline. Such items include sandwiches and wraps, where the condiments such as mayonnaise are packaged separately from the food item. This is also true for salads and fruit cups. Again, it is necessary to be careful to note if the salad already has dressing mixed into it, as is often the case with macaroni, potato, chicken, or tuna salads. This might not seem like such a big deal, until the calorie and fat levels are considered. If it is not a problem to store it properly in a freezer or an ice chest during the day, a frozen meal or entrée might be a possibility to allow for the beginnings of a quick and complete lunch. As with other meals discussed, make sure that the lunch selectiion does not contain items loaded with excess fat, salt, or sugar. This may not be obvious until an examination is made of the ingredients list, if present. For example, if the item is breaded, there is a good chance that it has been fried, and that there is an overabundance of salt among the seasonings present. Salt is also an issue with soup, whether canned or frozen. If the meal contains any type of dessert, including cookies, cobbler, cake, brownie or pie, there is more than a little sugar and fat present as well.

The third option for the busy man in lunch options is to prepare something at home to eat at a convenient point in the day. This can be something as simple as a sandwich of one's choosing, or a container of leftovers from the previous night's dinner. The possibilities are limitless, as preferences and supplies can be the general guide followed. This is also useful if there is a particular type of eating practice being maintained or adhered to, as is found in keeping a kosher, vegetarian, or salt-free diet. The key to properly carrying out this option is to plan carefully for what the meals will look like, and to purchase the required ingredients ahead of time during trips to the supermarket. This also includes items for snacking in between meals, such as fruit, vegetables as carrots and celery, nuts, and string cheese. Whatever can be sensibly and reasonably be fit into a diet that helps the busy man to stay healthy and well-nourished is usually a good choice.

It is often difficult to fit the mid-day meal into the work day, but it is not impossible to create options to help address the challenge of having a proper lunch. Careful planning ahead of time, and observation of the available choices and portion sizes, are necessary when visiting fast-food resaturants. This is the case also at convenience stores, where there are many pre-prepared and packaged items that may need special scrutiny regarding what is actually in them, particularly with regard to the presence of fat, salt, and sugar, and the amount of calories to be consumed in a serving. A degree of self restraint is also required when faced with selecting items and portion sizes. The same amounts of care, in planning and preparation, are also as necessary when preparing food at home, to be eaten at a convenient time during the day.

Free Diet Plans That Work!

This may not be suitable for everyone. But if YOU are truly serious about losing weight fast AND in a safe manner, this works quite good. You can literally lose 20 pounds in a month if you're strict on this. Basically, all you do is drink protein shakes all day. Women generally drink 4 of them... men, 5. A key to remember is to add some fiber to them to keep you feeling filled up. For this, I recommend using flaxmeal. In a nutshell, that's it.

Two things to keep in mind with this type of diet. Your carbs are limited if you don't add something like a banana or apple into the protein shakes. So I would eat 1-2 apples as snacks while using this plan. Also, you're low on fats in the diet. I suggest you add 1 tablespoon of Virgin Olive Oil to 2 of your protein shakes to get some good fats into this plan.

2. The eggs and black bean diet

Basically, this diet revolves around you eating eggs or 1/2 can of black beans at your meal. So if you eat 3 meals, one of those things needs to be at each of those meals. So you don't feel suffocated, you can choose. The black beans are high in protein and fiber while the eggs are high in protein. Both choices fill you up, are cheap, and are healthy for you. I personally use this type of diet often. I love it.

Natural Sea Salt Versus Table Salt, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

If you have read other health articles that I've written you know that I am not a believer in Man messing with Mother Nature when it comes to the food we eat. In this article I want to address a common spice we all use on a daily basis. Salt!

Salt as we know it is a pure white free flowing spice that we find essential to flavoring our daily foods. Usually one doesn't even think about it much unless we have a medical condition where a doctor will tell us to decrease the amount of salt intake.

Salt

Table salt is normally rock or ocean salt that is mined, heat blasted, chemically treated, and then anti-caking agents and iodine added to it. What you have left is table salt that is basically dead. It is now just dry sodium and chloride. Once again man is cheating us of one of Mother Natures most perfect foods. Processed salt is now devoid of all the essential minerals and macrobiotic nutrients that our bodies need to survive.

Natural Sea Salt Versus Table Salt, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly

Consider this, when you cry your tears are salty, and if you've cut yourself and tasted your blood, you know it is salty. The fluids in our bodies are like an ocean environment. Salt is essential for life and yet our bodies cannot make it so it must come from an outside source. Most often it comes from meat or regular table salt. The problem is that our bodies don't really know what to do with processed salt. Years of processed salt intake can damage almost all areas of the body such as the heart, kidneys, muscles and bones and it is processed salt that bloats us and causes water retention. Processed salt can put a body out of balance. According to Dr Langre's book, people that have an aversion to salt or tell you they dislike salt most likely have too much sodium chloride attached to their organs and tissues, are really telling you that they are sick and are in need of essential minerals.

100% natural sea salt maintains its integrity. Quite frankly, natural, organic sea salt is completely unfooled around with and is still harvested the same way it was done 2000 years ago by French salt farmers. It is hand raked and left in the sun to dry. All of the trace and micro-nutrients are fully intact. The correct balance of sodium and chloride are present as well as calcium, magnesium, potassium and 90 other trace and micro-nutrients. These are charged minerals that retain a lot of moisture and are grey in color. If your sea salt from the health food store is white and free flowing then it is processed and should not be used.

When natural sea salt is ingested, it immediately works with the saliva in the mouth (amalese in particular) and starts the digestive process. The more minerals present in the mouth the more digestion takes place. Digestion continues in the stomach. Natural organic sea salt has been known to lower blood pressure and decrease water retention. It enables the liver, kidneys and adrenals to work much more efficiently. It can boost the immune system. Natural sea salt has all the elements of the ocean and this means that the survival potential of a body is much greater than if you remove these vital elements.

Do your body good and get natural grey sea salt. It won't pour like table salt because of the moisture content, but the health benefits can be significant.

Why Do I Have Salt Cravings?

There are several different reasons why you may be craving salt. The first one is that over the years your body and your taste buds have been accustomed to a lot of salt. If you are trying to cut back on salt because of health reasons, your body will crave it, simply because it is used to lots of salt.

Craving salty foods can also be a symptom of adrenal exhaustion, especially in people who live fast-paced, stressful lives.

Salt

You could also be craving salt because your body needs the additional minerals found in natural salt. These minerals have been filtered out of our regular table salt. In this case eating salty food will only satisfy your craving temporarily until your body realizes it is still missing the extra minerals.

Why Do I Have Salt Cravings?

Is Salt Really Dangerous Or Addictive?

The average American has a salt intake of about 15 pounds a year. This much salt can cause high blood pressure and hypertension. The excess sodium also leaches a lot of calcium out of your bones, which over time can lead to osteoporosis.

Your body needs approximately 500 mg of salt a day. If you are an athlete or work hard physically, and sweat a lot, you will need more. The FDA's recommended daily salt intake is 2,500 mg a day for the average adult. Most North Americans' daily salt intake is over 5,000 mg. This is the processed, white, refined sodium chloride, which is toxic to our bodies.

Salt cravings have also been linked to serious health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and sickle cell anemia. If you find yourself craving a lot of salt all of a sudden, it may be a good idea to schedule a physical. Be sure to mention your salt cravings to your physician, so he or she can administer appropriate tests for the conditions mentioned above.
